Levy home at First and Topeka soon is to be razed by the Farmers and Bankers Life Insurance company to make way for a filling station or some other modern improvement.  During the last two and one-half decades of the last century it was regarded as a virtual palace and was the scene of this city's most brilliant social functions….It recently has been occupied as an apartment house and once served as a salt-bath establishment.”
