Wichita company Western Sign Works created billboard for company. Sign for N. W. Longenecker, Veterinary Surgeon, on building at left. His office was located at 500 West Douglas Avenue.

The Forum served as Wichita's munipical auditorium from 1911 to 1965 when it was razed.
